It is normal for one partner to feel hesitant. You’re welcome to start with an individual session to talk through your concerns. Often, once one partner takes the first step, the other feels more comfortable joining in.

Not at all! We see partners come to therapy to strengthen as already healthy relationships, prepare for marriage, or navigate life transitions. Therapy can be both preventative and healing.

Yes, secure online sessions are offered for those who prefer to meet virtually. We just ask that you are in a safe and private space in order to feel comfortable during the session.
